The RBC Career Launch Program is a year-long paid work experience and development
program that helps you gain diverse experience and network with both seasoned and
aspiring professionals. http://www.rbc.com/careers/careerlaunch/
If selected, you’ll be a part of three exciting work rotations in different areas at RBC, including:
Learn the ropes: You’ll apply practical business skills and contribute value to both clients
and branch objectives while working in our retail banking division. As the face of RBC, you
will work directly on the front lines, serving clients, carrying out transactions, solving
problems and spotting sales opportunities.
Help the community: You’ll gain exposure to the operations of a partnering registered
Canadian charity, applying practical business skills to help enrich local communities –
something you can feel good about.
Take it to the next level: You’ll provide project-based support within one of RBC’s broadbased
business areas (such as marketing, HR or operations), maintain ongoing business
development, support community events and participate in internal development activities.
It’s all designed to help you learn about the many opportunities within both corporate and not-forprofit
environments, and take on new responsibilities with each rotation. Work hard, learn quickly,
and RBC Career Launch will help get your career on the right track.
