Job/Project Description:  Video Coordinator/Social Media Communicator/Community Outreach

Responsibilities

Tasks:
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring, and breaking down video of team practice, as well as upcoming opponents.  The successful candidate will be responsible for creating content to upload to Social Media based around the team’s activities at CBU, during competition, and in the community.The successful candidate will be responsible for `linking the team with different community programs, and to place them at events to help promote health and fitness, and to provide mentorship to youth in the CBRM.

Responsibilities:
Report Daily to the Head Coach – Complete progress reports of all 3 areas of involvement – Create a minimum amount of content to upload to Social Media per week – All content will be reviewed by the Men’s basketball Head Coach

Student Qualifications: Upper Year Student Preferred

Computer Skills – Including Fluency on Social Media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) – Video Editing Software (iMovie), knowledge of Sydney.

Start Date:  Mid-September

End Date:  Mid-December

Hours:  All positions are part time, hours TBD
