Job/Project Description: Music Program Development Assistant and Promotor

Tasks:

  • Research on traditional music and Celtic culture programs at colleges and universities
  • Website development
  • Soliciting feedback and response from current students
  • Research assistant duties (interview transcriptions; light archival work)
  • Updating social media, creating content

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Problem solving skills
  • Some computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets)
  • Familiarity with CBU’s music program

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Producing research on traditional music and Celtic culture programs
  • Collating feedback on the current music program
  • Assisting in improving the program’s web presence
  • Being productive in research duties

Start Date:  January 3, 2017

End Date:  June 2017

Hours:  All positions are part-time, hours TBD
