Job/Project Description:  Intramural Supervision and Program Development

Tasks: Intramural and Program Assistant

The CBU Intramural and Program Assistant will be responsible for the supervision of the CBU Intramural Leagues taking place at the CBHRC Dome, including overseeing the running of the leagues, stats report and league standings (approximately 6 hours/week). The Assistant will also be responsible to conduct research on Senior’s, pre-school and after school programming. This research will include a local needs assessment,  research on other facility programming, report on findings and preliminary plan of action (approximately 9hrs/week).

Student Qualifications:

CBU Student with experience with running sports leagues would be an asset

Research and report writing experience

Outgoing with great communication skills

Experience communicating through social media

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

– Supervise Intramural Leagues and Keep records

– Ensure Access to Equipment and keep inventory

– Research Senior’s, Pre-school age and after school programming opportunities

– Develop a needs assessment tool and conduct interview

– Analyse and report findings

– Provide Suggestion on Programming opportunities

Hours:  All positions are part-time, hours TBD
