About the position:

 Our Project Coordinator position requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated and dependable individual to work on behalf of our clients infield in a timely and accurate manner. The position requires communication with others including but not limited to Maverick Brand Ambassadors, retail store associates and Maverick clients. Additionally, the Project Coordinator may be responsible for conducting samplings on a client’s behalf and training of Maverick ambassadors.  The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and identify discrepancies during the sampling process.

Qualifications:           BBA/BPR Co-op Student

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of computers
  • Strong inter-personal skills
  • Great follow through skills
  • Trustworthy, able to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Must be a 19+
  • Must have valid drivers license and vehicle

Responsibilities

Duties:

  • Booking and managing retail samplings on behalf of Maverick clients
  • Managing post event evaluations and monthly reporting
  • Conducting infield spot checks to ensure quality and consistency
  • Assist in the handling all last minute cancellations
  • Assist in the recruiting and hiring ambassadors across Atlantic Canada
  • Assist in the training and educating brand ambassadors on products and campaigns
  • Generating schedules based on clients’ needs
  • Participating in weekly management meetings
  • Working in the field alongside team when required
  • Managing the execution of Mavericks experiential projects
  • Recruiting brand ambassadors to join the Maverick team
  • Acting as main point of contact between Maverick staff and clients
  • Generating revenue through efficient project execution
  • Helping to grow Maverick market share in Atlantic Canada
  • Assist in ensuring a 97% success rate in scheduled samplings, on premise and experiential events
  • Developing of management skills; specifically scheduling, hiring, and training of contract employees
  • Developing up-to-date training documents and videos related to staff preparedness for off-site engagement
