Elizabeth Boardmore One-Act Play Festival Award Winners

The 2015 Elizabeth Boardmore One-Act Play Festival came to a close on Saturday evening, March 21, with its final performances and annual award ceremony.  Congratulations to all the winners at this year’s annual festival. With more than 75 participants and near sellout crowds, this year’s eight play festival has once again demonstrated a strong support for local theatre. We should all be proud of the exceptional work done this year.

A very special  congratulations goes to Bruce Cathcart for being recognized by Theatre Nova Scotia for his volunteer work at the Boardmore Playhouse. “The panel was impressed by the years of dedication and enthusiasm you have shown the Boardmore, its participants, audiences and fellow volunteers”, said Nancy Morgan, Executive Director for Theatre Nova Scotia
