Handmade Holiday (HH2015) is happy to be back for its 5th year! Featuring local artisans, crafters, and creative entrepreneurs, HH2015 has something for everyone including Cape Breton themed calendars & greeting cards, unique holiday ornaments, original watercolour landscape paintings, beautiful hand-turned wooden pens, one-of-a-kind jewelry inspired by the beach, winter hats/scarves/mitts knitted with love, fun hand-dyed shirts, neat safe boxes made from vintage books, traditional hand-hooked rugs, tiny clothes for pets, homemade maple sugar candies, elegant pottery, felted treasures and lots more!
Support local talent while finishing your holiday shopping with us.
In addition to the artisan and craft market, there will also be a silent auction of wreaths decorated by CBU departments, a gift basket raffle filled with goodies donated by the vendors, live musical performances by local musicians and CBU faculty/students as well as complimentary festive treats, coffee & tea!
All proceeds from the event will go towards the Ann Terry Society, an organization that helps CBRM women enter the workforce.
