CFI – John R. Evans Leaders Fund Information Session

The Office of Research and Graduate Studies is introducing the ORGS Workshops Series.

You are invited to our first session this Thursday, June 22 at 12:00pm, in room TC-7. (Technology Centre)

We will be presenting an Information Session on Applying for CFI – John R. Evans Leaders Fund”; this session will contextualize what CFI is, what it is for, and what it doesn’t cover; will provide competition context, guidelines, policies & procedures; and it will outline timelines, internal CBU process, and budget.

The session will conclude with a Q&A component led by the MRPO along with the invited panelists: Dr. Matthias Bierenstiel, Associate Professor, Inorganic Chemistry / Dept. Chair Chemistry, School of Science & Technology and Dr. Marcia Ostashewski, Associate Professor, Ethnomusicology / Tier 2 Canada Research Chair (Communities and Cultures), Cultural & Creative Studies, Folklore and Ethnomusicology, School of Arts and Social Sciences.
