Dr. David G. Mullan is a Professor of History. He received his BA from the University of Calgary, his BD from the University of Otago (New Zealand), his BEd from Queen’s University, his ThM from the University of Toronto, and his PhD from the University of Guelph. His primary interests are Protestantism in early-modern Scotland, and, more recently, also in nineteenth-century France.
