Conference Services

Cape Breton University offers a variety of meeting space options including classrooms, computer labs, boardrooms, 200 fixed seat lecture hall and a 350 seat theatre and stage. CBU is able to accommodate groups for exhibits, receptions, workshops and conferences, or small spaces for private, informal meetings.

Cape Breton University also offers dormitory style residence accommodation for vacation travelers, small conferences and travel groups visiting the Cape Breton Regional Municipality during the time period from mid May to mid August.

Internal Campus Community

Conference Services is responsible for the coordinated communication and booking of campus facilities, and is also able to provide professional advice and coordination services for hosting conferences, workshop, and special events on campus.

External Campus Community

Conference Services provides coordination services for meeting space, conference and catering facilitation.

Green Conference Services
