Supporting Documentation

We require academic transcripts from the following:

Secondary School

If you are currently registered in secondary school, we require an official transcript listing all completed courses AND courses in progress.

If you have completed your secondary studies, we require a FINAL official transcript that includes your senior-level courses and grades.

Post-Secondary Institutions

If you have attended a post-secondary institution, you must submit an official transcript listing all courses completed and, if applicable, courses in progress.

We require official transcripts from ALL post-secondary institutions you have attended.

Proof of English Language Proficiency

Official score reports must be sent to CBU directly from the testing agency. Our institution code for TOEFL is 9142.

If you do not meet our English language proficiency requirements at the time of application you may be offered conditional admission. Please see our English Language Proficiency Requirements for additional information.

To be considered official, a document must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Sent directly from the issuing institution to CBU.
  • Sent from the applicant to CBU in an un-tampered, sealed envelope bearing the stamp of the issuing institution.
  • If an official transcript cannot be obtained, a notarized copy of the original document bearing the stamp and signature of the Notary Public or Commissioner of Oaths may be accepted.

If the original language of the document is not English, we require a notarized English translation to accompany the official transcript.

Please Note: Once documents are submitted to CBU for admission purposes they will not be returned under any circumstances.

We will not accept photocopies or scanned documents.
